For Maison Vanille’s founder, that ingredient has always been vanilla. A lifelong passion for pastry led her to pursue a Pastry & Bakery program at a renowned culinary academy, where she discovered just how much exceptional vanilla could transform a recipe. Yet finding vanilla products that truly captured the rich aroma, complexity and beauty of real vanilla beans proved surprisingly difficult.
What began as a personal pursuit soon became an obsession. She started crafting her own vanilla bean paste, extracts, syrups and other pantry essentials using whole vanilla beans and carefully selected ingredients, creating the quality she had been searching for all along.
